    IT Support Officer (Software Development Inclined)

    Job Overview

    • The ideal candidate is not just an IT support technician, but someone who understands the full software development lifecycle, can troubleshoot complex technical issues, and also contribute to the maintenance, customization, and improvement of software systems, internal tools, and web platforms.
    • You will work closely with multiple departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Management) to provide end-to-end technical support, streamline digital workflows, and support the development and maintenance of our internal software tools.

    Key Responsibilities
    IT Support Functions:

    • Provide first- and second-level technical support to staff across all business units.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, network systems, printers, and POS terminals.
    • Monitor and maintain internet and internal network stability, ensuring connectivity across branches.
    • Set up and configure new devices, email accounts, and system permissions for team members.
    • Ensure data backup procedures, cybersecurity protocols, and antivirus protections are in place and up to date.

    Software & Web Development Functions:

    • Assist in maintaining and customizing internal software tools, dashboards, and ERP systems.
    • Collaborate with in-house or outsourced developers to implement feature improvements and system updates.
    • Perform basic coding, testing, and bug fixing in line with system performance requirements.
    • Create or update internal web-based tools, staff portals, or ticketing systems as needed.
    • Maintain and optimize the company’s website, intranet, and HRMS platforms.

    Automation & Process Support:

    • Recommend and implement automation tools to improve workflow across departments.
    • Analyze IT support trends and help identify opportunities for digital transformation.
    • Document IT issues, solutions, and system configurations for future reference.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
    • 2–4 years experience in an IT support or software/web development role.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, networking, and IT systems.
    • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js) is highly preferred.
    • Experience with web hosting, control panels, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with SQL databases, REST APIs, and web-based integrations.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
    • Knowledge of POS systems, cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace), and backup solutions.

    Exotic Dancers Manager

    About the Role

    • Are you organized, diplomatic, and detail-driven, with a passion for managing high-energy, diverse talent?
    • We’re looking for an experienced Exotic Dancer Recruitment & Contracts Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and contract management of exotic dancers from Nigeria and abroad.
    • This is a leadership position requiring sharp administrative skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle confidential and complex logistics across borders.
    • The successful candidate will ensure dancers are well-coordinated, documented, and supported—while maintaining strong collaboration with operations, finance, and club management.

    Key Responsibilities
    Recruitment & Contract Management:

    • Source, vet, and manage contracts for all dancers (local & foreign).
    • Ensure all agreements meet internal policies, legal standards, and visa guidelines.

    International Travel & Logistics:

    • Coordinate flights and travel for dancers from countries including the Dominican Republic, South Africa, Kenya, Cameroon, and Lesotho.
    • Record and manage travel-related expenses tied to each dancer’s account.

    Onboarding & Scheduling:

    • Track dancer resumption dates, shifts, and income expectations.
    • Ensure clear communication of operational rules during onboarding.

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Receive and record regular performance feedback from the operations team.
    • Maintain logs on behavior, customer engagement, and improvement areas.

    Communication & Inquiry Management:

    • Be the first point of contact for dancer-related inquiries, complaints, or issues.
    • Respond professionally and follow up promptly.

    Financial Oversight & Weekly Payouts:

    • Coordinate weekly payouts with finance and dancers.
    • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, earnings, and loan repayments.

    Disciplinary & Compliance Support:

    • Work with management to address misconduct or contract breaches.
    • Document and enforce disciplinary actions as approved.
