Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Support Officer at Bon Voyage Travel Nigeria. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an IT Support Officer or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
• Help Desk Support experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a team.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or a related field
