Duties

• Conducting financial analysis of potential property development projects, including cash flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment
• Performing due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market analysis, site visits, and competitive analysis
• Developing financial models and projections for potential investment opportunities
• Creating investment memos and presenting investment recommendations to senior management
• Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions
• Collaborating with other departments within the company, including legal, accounting, and marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, preferably in the property business and banking
• Portfolio matching skills
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience using Excel
• Ability to structure finance and payment to suit repayments and high ROI for clients and company
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Requirments

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in same roles in an high brown organization
• Ability to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently
• Ability to handle cash for a longer period
• High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
• Basic math and computer skills is A MUST.
• Can work with and operate POS
• Can reconcile daily transactions and call-over
• Can work as a member of a team
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
