    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's inventory. This includes tracking and organizing stock, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth supply chain process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
    • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to reorder stock as needed.
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items to prevent damage or loss.
    • Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.
    • Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
    • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and distribution of products.
    • Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory management, including discrepancies and shortages.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding inventory storage and handling.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Inventory Officer or similar role in a retail or e-commerce environment.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Cash Officer

    OVERVIEW: 

    Manage cash handling processes, ensure accurate transaction recording, and maintain the security of financial assets. The Cash Officer will oversee daily cash operations, ensure compliance with financial policies, and provide excellent customer service while handling transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cash management procedures and a keen eye for detail.

    • Oversee daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of all cash operations, balancing daily cash reports, and addressing discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and security protocols.
    • Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient availability of funds and timely deposits to bank accounts.
    • Handle currency exchanges, maintain an accurate balance of foreign currencies, and ensure compliance with exchange rate policies.
    • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of cash holdings, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
    • Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
    • Liaise with other departments, such as finance and customer service, to ensure smooth cash-related operations.
    • Provide excellent customer service while handling financial transactions, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality.

    KNOWLEDGE (include technical knowledge):

    • Proven experience in cash handling, banking, or financial services.
    • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with cash management systems and financial regulations.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A relevant academic certification preferably in a financial background, at least an OND degree

    Ingestion Officer

    Job description

    • We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Ingestion Officer to manage the accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, and processing of incoming packages. This role ensures inventory accuracy, merchant compliance, and timely updates to the inventory management system. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, quality-focused, and capable of working collaboratively across departments to support seamless warehouse operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantities and check for damages or discrepancies
    • Accurately identify and label products to ensure traceability and order accuracy
    • Update the Inventory Management System (IMS) in real time to reflect product status and stock levels
    • Conduct quality checks and flag issues such as defective items, wrong colors or sizes, and damaged goods
    • Ensure merchant deliveries comply with company standards and product specifications
    • Maintain detailed records of waybills, inspections, and inventory movements
    • Collaborate with warehouse staff, customer service, and other departments to support smooth operations
    • Investigate and resolve product discrepancies or damage issues at the point of ingestion
    • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the accuracy and speed of ingestion processes

    Requirements:

    • OND or HND in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 0–1 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control role
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
    • Basic proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
