    Inventory / Logistics Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the inbound and outbound of additive inventory of materials and product in warehouse.
    • Coordinate the receiving of additive stocks from shipment with laid-down company's SOP regulations
    • Develops efficiency plans to improve quality & time management in supplies of additive product to customers with quality timing.
    • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports of Additive inbound and outbound'with batches and shelf life of product.
    • Ensure samples of every batch of additive documented with accuracy
    • Ensure degree of accuracy of additive orders from placement of additive orders to making delivery of stocks to customers.
    • Responsible for the management, maintenance, and safety of additive stocks in warehouse.
    • Ensure that additive product is handled with utmost care and safety measures are properly followed with SOP laid down regulations.
    • Ensure product integrity with less damages of drums
    • Ensure implementation of Standard of operations processes and process efficiency.
    • Supervise the loaders in charge of additives and forklift operator follows loading and transfer, and storage plans in each location in line with Pacegate guidelines.
    • Coordinate the entire loading and offloading of additives.
    • Ensure the warehouse is always clean and properly arranged.
    • Receive and record all stock transaction in ERP .
    • Organize the Warehouse by arranging products using FEFO (First Expiry First Out)
    • Manage the all-forklift maintenance (servicing date, repairs etc) and report to the Line Manager.
    • Maintain the office & Office equipment to always be in good working condition
    • Prepare and send goods cleared report every 2 weeks
    • Flag all close expiry and product aging analysis.
    • Report slow and obsolete stocks on monthly basis. ·
    • Report all products with damages or non-conformity packages

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree / HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory or logistics supervision, preferably in a Manufacturing setting.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CILT, APICS, or supply chain-related) are an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control methodologies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian logistics networks and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    Salary
    N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly (Net).

    Site Structural Engineer - Steel Structures

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a structural site engineer located in Lagos.
    • The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing the clients site and creating shop drawings, detailing steel structures, working with rebar, and interpreting architectural drawings.

    Qualifications
