Our client is seeking a Business Development / Account Manager to drive revenue growth through new business development while managing and expanding client accounts.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a creative, advertising, digital, or integrated marketing communications agency, with strong client-handling skills, pitch support experience, and the ability to coordinate internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities
Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary contact
Build strong client relationships and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and coordinate delivery
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution
Track account performance, revenue, and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
3 – 5 years experience in account management or business development within an agency environment
Proven experience handling clients, proposals, and revenue targets
Strong understanding of marketing communications services (digital, branding, social media, media, experiential).
