    International Business Development Manager (Indian Expart)

    • The International Business Development Manager typically plays a central role in expanding a company’s reach into global markets.

    Key Responsibilities 
    Market Expansion & Strategy:

    • Identify, research, and evaluate new international markets, trends, and opportunities.
    • Develop entry strategies for new regions, including partnerships, joint ventures, or direct sales.
    • Adapt business strategies to align with cultural, economic, and regulatory environments.

    Partnership & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and strategic partners.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and international business forums.
    • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with local partners.

    Sales & Revenue Growth::

    • Drive international sales targets and business growth objectives.
    • Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and tenders tailored to different regions.
    • Monitor and report on global sales performance, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

    Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

    • Ensure compliance with local laws, trade regulations, and international standards.
    • Oversee documentation for exports, imports, and cross-border business activities.
    • Mitigate risks related to political, financial, or regulatory issues.

    Cross-Cultural Leadership:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless international execution.
    • Provide cultural insights to adapt products, services, and marketing strategies for local markets.
    • Support recruitment and training of local representatives where needed.

    Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct competitor benchmarking and assess market entry barriers.
    • Provide leadership with data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions.
    • Continuously monitor global economic and industry trends that may impact business.

    Project & Budget Management:

    • Manage budgets for international expansion projects.
    • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
    • Ensure return on investment (ROI) for global initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Chemistry or Engineering
    • MBA would be an added advantage
    • Articulate in presentations
    • At least 10 years in sales with 5 in management
    • Should be an expartraite
    • Indian Nationality Resident in Nigeria or from India.

    Remuneration

    • Very attractive and above Industry standard.
