    Human Resources Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating and working with managers to facilitate, end-to-end recruitment (internal and external campaigns) including revision of job descriptions, advertising, candidate application management, tracking, selection, onboarding and induction programs.
    • Seek onboarding feedback from new employees and proactively assist with resolving any issues.
    • Assist in identifying & coordinating staff training requirements when required.
    • Manage the administration and recording of all training and professional development, records, training calendar, etc
    • Monitor attendance of all staff, and send weekly reports to the HRM
    • Ensure all staff changes and terminations are documented.
    • Coordinate leave arrangements, applications, communication, letters and recording system.
    • Maintain effective administrative, personnel filing and system.
    • Assist in administering the Performance Review program and provide advice/support to managers and staff in relation to performance management, counselling, discipline (written warnings) and the grievance and dispute resolution process.
    • Advise staff and managers on current processes, policies, forms etc. required for the Performance Management program.
    • Provide advice to staff and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, guidelines and documentation.
    • Provide effective and timely HR advice and support to staff and managers in relation to HR-related issues/activities.
    • Contribute to the development, implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and forms.
    • Prepare HR reports weekly and as and when required.
    • Show initiative and attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality in relation to staff employment information and issues.
    • Keep abreast of current and emerging human resource and employee relations issues.
    • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or any of the senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years experience.

    Corporate Business Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • To formulate brand plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.
    • Implementing business development strategies that meet overall organizational goals to plan various activities as per the phase-wise business development strategic plans.
    • To execute the various activities planned as per the phase-wise business development plans for example, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, Life - Style Management Program Etc.
    • Assessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives.
    • Liaising and collaborating with relevant stakeholders in the industry for improved patients care management.
    • Overseeing the marketing department’s individual projects
    • Liaising between the marketing department and upper leadership
    • Managing relationships with the media and the wider community
    • Creating a communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
    • To carry out research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
    • To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
    • To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
    • To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
    • Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
    • Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7 years relevant work experience.
