Marketing Officer - Mokola at Elocuencia Consulting

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Actively visit hospitals, clinics, other medical diagnostics centres, laboratories, pharmacies, and private medical outfits across Ibadan and surrounding areas to introduce our services, build referral networks, and secure partnership agreements.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote full range of diagnostic services (laboratory tests, ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, CT scans, health packages, etc.).
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with doctors, medical directors, matrons, and referral partners through regular follow-ups and courtesy visits.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare needs in Ibadan.
• Track daily/weekly marketing performance (number of visits, referrals generated, new clients onboarded) and submit clear reports to management.

Requirements:

• Academic background in in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field will be desired though not compulsory. We place preference on competency and experience over academic background for this role.
• At least 1–2 years of marketing experience (experience in healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, consulting, real estate or any other corporate space will be an added advantage).
• Must have good communication skills, confidence, and the ability to approach medical professionals comfortably
