Human Resources Officer at Green Habitat Initiative (GHI)

• GHI is seeking to engage a Human Resources Officer to support the implementation of HR policies and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff development, and compliance.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and initiative in supporting a productive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

• A Master's (required) and Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources management role.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor regulations.
• PProficiency in HR software and project management tools (e.g„ ClickUp, Odoo, Slack, or similar).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
