    Human Resources Generalist

    • We are looking to employ a highly professional HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills.     • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
    • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
    • Undertake tasks around performance management

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources or related (essential).
    • 4 years of experience as an HR coordinator/Manager (essential).

    • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
    • Excellent record-keeping skills.
    • Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
    • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.

    Job Description

    • A Regional Sales Manager, or Area Sales Manager, will be responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in stores across a group of territories.
    • Their duties will include visiting stores to meet with employees, communicating about sales goals and expectations and gathering research about their target market.
    • The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.
    • They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design cross-selling programs and campaigns
    • Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding employees
    • Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best.
    • Organize training for new staff.
    • Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies.
    • Develop and maintain channels between product developers and resellers
    • Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees.
