    HR Manager

    Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
    • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
    • Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives
    • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
    • Provide strategic HR support to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years HR experience
    • Experience working in E-commerce, Retail, or a fast-paced environmentis an advantage
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor law
    • Efficient, proactive, and able to take initiative
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

    Church Administrator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and highly organized Church Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the church.
    • The ideal candidate will manage administrative activities, coordinate church events, supervise staff and volunteers, and support the Pastor and other church leaders in ensuring the smooth running of the church.

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of the church
    • Manage office supplies, documentation, and record keeping
    • Coordinate, plan, and execute church programs and events
    • Assist with budget preparation, bill payments, payroll oversight, and tracking of church income from donations and other sources
    • Support the recruitment and coordination of staff and volunteers
    • Manage church communications, including bulletins, newsletters, and announcements
    • Oversee church facility maintenance and security operations
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating facility use, and managing church equipment
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with church members and the wider community.

    Job Requirements

    • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Must demonstrate integrity and a commitment to representing the church with strong moral character.
