The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
Provide strategic HR support to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years HR experience
Experience working in E-commerce, Retail, or a fast-paced environmentis an advantage
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor law
