We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and highly organized Church Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the church.
The ideal candidate will manage administrative activities, coordinate church events, supervise staff and volunteers, and support the Pastor and other church leaders in ensuring the smooth running of the church.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of the church
Manage office supplies, documentation, and record keeping
Coordinate, plan, and execute church programs and events
Assist with budget preparation, bill payments, payroll oversight, and tracking of church income from donations and other sources
Support the recruitment and coordination of staff and volunteers
Manage church communications, including bulletins, newsletters, and announcements
Oversee church facility maintenance and security operations
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating facility use, and managing church equipment
Build and maintain positive relationships with church members and the wider community.
Job Requirements
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills and ability to operate office equipment
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Must demonstrate integrity and a commitment to representing the church with strong moral character.
