    HR Analyst I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provides analytical, administrative and project support to the Human Resources (HR) team.
    • Conducts compensation and benefits analyses using benchmarking and interprets findings.
    • Performs HR audits and provides HR reporting and analysis.
    • Develops HR communications. Works on SharePoint and other collaboration sites.
    • Interacts with Applicant Tracking System, Vendor Management System and other enterprise systems. Assists in the rollout and implementation of HR programs. Supports HR projects as assigned.
    • Position will receive direction and support.
    • This position would be typically described as Junior HR Analyst who has only basic responsibilities, delivers basic and standard reports and templates under a high supervision.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Human Resource experience
    • MS Office proficient,
    • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS) experience
    • Analysis and Reporting.

    Drilling Engineer / Specialist III - Offshore

    Main Functions

    • Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient
    • drilling and completing of drilling programs.
    • Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and
    • environmental protection are applied.
    • Provide technical expertise on drilling engineering to the Operations and Development teams.

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will:

    • Prepare Drilling Basis of Design documentation including Casing Design, Torque / Drag, Hydraulics
    • Develop functional specifications and scopes of work for equipment and services
    • Make continuous effort to improve regional well construction performance

    Skills and Qualifications

    • B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or related technical field
    • Experience with well planning and execution
    • Experience with international assignments required
    • Experience in deep water drilling operations if filling a deep water drilling engineering position
    • Able to effectively organize and communicate thoughts
    • Experience with well design software as well as Microsoft applications
    • Read, write and speak fluent English
    • Industry experience with well planning and execution

    Specific Requirements:

    • Legacy MPN offshore and regional well construction experience preferred
    • Extensive experience with jack up rig operations
    • Currently working actively as a senior drilling / wells engineer

    Reservoir Engineer / Advisor II - Offshore

    Main Functions

    • Provide guidance to support the Reservoir Leadership Team in achieving desired performance objectives.
    • Support / Advise Reservoir Leadership Team to aid in maintaining high technical standards
    • Develop plans / programs as required by the Reservoir Management team
    • Guide / support reservoir engineers to establish and implement plans that meet reservoir engineering requirements
    • Experienced in reservoir simulation and able to perform / guide detailed simulation studies
    • Perform / guide simulation and other studies to evaluate various depletion schemes and to investigate technical issues
    • Perform all related studies necessary to perform simulation studies including Pressure, Volume, Temperature (PVT), inflow/outflow, relative permeability, Special Core Analysis Laboratory (SCAL) and other evaluations
    • Perform depletion plan assessments to support the company in asset acquisition evaluations
    • Lead and/or participate in Peer Reviews to insure high technical standards are maintained
    • Provide necessary input to drilling, facilities, and other groups as required to support projects
    • Willing to mentor less experienced reservoir engineers in performing simulation and other studies
    • Document results in a comprehensive and understandable format, both in written and in graphic forms
    • Provide timely and focused updates of results/plans to management/partners/others.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Develop project-specific strategies with the Project Team to address identified risks and challenges
    • Support risk assessments and studies as defined in the Project Risk Management Plan, and ensure results are addressed as relevant field work is executed
    • Support uncertainty analysis studies and value of information assessments for data acquisition plans
    • Share safety-related Lessons Learned across project(s) and within the company
    • May facilitate Reservoir Team meetings
    • May be assigned other services / studies by the Reservoir Leadership Team
    • Maintains a high degree of ethical conduct
    • Ability to work in environment with changing priorities
    • Develop / deliver technical presentations
    • Provide regulatory compliance support as required.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • University Degree or equivalent
    • Demonstrated work experience in Reservoir Engineering positions in Oil & Gas Industry
    • Exceptional knowledge of reservoir engineering fundamentals and technical skills
    • Experienced in building, running and evaluating dynamic models to evaluate various technical issues
    • Knowledge of how to conduct reservoir simulation studies to address required issue in a timely and efficient manner
    • Capability to identify issues and solutions and conduct reservoir evaluations independently
    • Willingness to direct and guide the work of less experienced engineers
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Initiative and problem solving capability with flexibility to react to unforeseen conditions
    • Ability to work under pressure in an environment which expects the highest levels of customer service, confidentiality and ethical behavior
    • Working knowledge of reservoir management practices, processes, and expectations
    • Ability and desire to function in an integrated project team environment, develop successful working
    • relationships with emphasis on effective communications in an integrated team environment
    • Must be able to effectively communicate / influence multiple levels, from Senior Level Manager to worker
    • Willingness to travel / live away from home for extended time periods

    Construction Site Lead III

    Main Functions

    • Lead Site Safety
    • Lead company site team (as assigned) for completion of construction activities in accordance with project objectives, priorities, and contract specifications
    • Serve as member of the Project Team (PT) when project assigned
    • Oversee the execution of fabrication, construction, and hookup
    • Coordinate activities of site safety, technical, and quality inspection personnel
    • Determine if corrective actions are needed in order to meet project objectives, and work to have these implemented
    • Coordinate site interfaces between contractors (and subcontractors) with Production Operations, Drilling, and other ongoing projects as applicable
    • Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and challenges to Construction Site Manager or Project
    • Manager as appropriate.

    Task and Responsibilities

    • Champion the Company Sites Leadership Expectations
    • Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team members
    • Lead/assist in preparation and development of construction planning deliverables (Pre-Check Point 2)
    • Interface with contractor on a day to day basis
    • Provide input in the review and development of contractor’s detailed plans and procedures
    • Monitor and appraise contractor’s performance and recommend corrective action to be taken where deficiencies are detected; verify actions are taken
    • Coordinate resolution of construction related issues with guidance from supervisor
    • Establish, implement, and maintain verification process for mechanical completion
    • Utilize best practices, Comes, and other current Construction systems/tools
    • Ensure appropriate materials management system is implemented at site
    • Coordinate with on-site personnel regarding planning and implementation of fabrication, construction, and mechanical completion activities
    • Participate in company's learned reviews and provide input to close-out report sections upon completion of work
    • Ensure execution of the contract is in compliance with contract specifications
    • Ensure change requests are in accordance with Management of Change Plan
    • Provide input to appraisal process for assigned site personnel
    • Manage the project business services and contracting and materials management organization and functional interfaces through the Execution Stage

    Skills and Qualifications

    • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Technical degree
    • Experience in-field Construction planning, execution, and completions
    • Prior site experience
    • Willing to travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites
    • Past Construction Site Lead experience on major capital project

    Specific Requirements:

    • Interested person MUST be a graduate of Engineering with B.Sc. / B. Eng or equivalent in Engineering or Engineering related fields; 20 years' experience in the oil and gas industry; 
    • Computer skills and construction / project execution experience required; Additional qualification/ Exxon or SEPNU work experience will be of an advantage and consideration.

    Wells Advisor III - ONNE

    Job Description

    • The Wells Advisor job role is meant to convey the generic kinds of experiences and skill proficiencies of a late- career / Expert-competency level individual in this role.
    • In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Resources should be well versed in drilling, well, or construction operations.
    • Wells Advisors typically have expertise in one or more job family skills and serve as resources to mentor and develop the broader organization.
    • Wells Advisors are essential in order to mentor and advise drilling and completion engineers on well planning, well design, and operational surveillance for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs.

    Tasks And Responsibilities
    In addition to Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 must:

    • Mentor and interface with less-experienced drilling and completion engineers.
    • Provide oversight of Drilling programs, and ensure continuity and consistency in practices across multiple rig lines.
    • Interface with Affiliate / Business Unit on Logistics, Environmental, Regulatory, Procurement and Cost Stewardship activities.
    • Develop and lead longer-term team performance improvement initiatives and engineering studies.
    • Make continuous effort to improve efficiencies in Drilling and Completion operations.
    • Participate in vendor clarifications, FAT’s and package acceptance.
    • Review and respond to spec deviation requests.
    • Review drawings and specifications.
    • Address human factors engineering as well as safety of personnel and equipment (in conjunction with Topsides and/or O&M contractor).
    • Assist in development and review of commissioning and System Integration Test procedures.
    • Support construction and commissioning efforts as required

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Civil preferably).
    • Advanced analytical and computing skills.
    • Experience required in construction site management, preferably familiar with Drilling well site design.
    • Adaptability to changing priorities.
    • Extensive experience in Drilling Rig development including FEED, Detail Design, Construction and Commissioning
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to organize and progress own work schedule.
    • Experience working within multi-disciplined team environment involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Familiar with applicable industry related codes (API, ASME, ANSI, SAE, ASTM, ABS, DNV, SOLAS, IMO).
    • Knowledge of Offshore Oil and Gas regulations

    Specific Requirements:

    • Extensive experience as Subsurface Operations Consultant with following skills:
    • Geomechanics (1D/3D) - wellbore stability analysis (IHQ/QRA)
    • Shallow hazard evaluation and site survey assessment
    • Well planning and real-time surveillance
    • Subsurface data technical support
    • Logging – while – drilling and wireline logging operations
    • Wellbore positioning and planning
    • Formation evaluation & petrophysical analysis (Cased hole and open hole)
    • Manage pressure drilling planning (MPD)
    • Opportunity generation and drillwell execution
    • Mud logging and sample administration
    • WITS setup and configuration and Real- Time Operating Center (RTOC)
