We are seeking a highly professional, disciplined, and dependable Executive Personal Driver to support a senior executive within the organization.
The ideal candidate must be a graduate, demonstrate exceptional judgment, and maintain the highest standards of discretion, safety, and service excellence.
The candidate must also possess strong leadership skills, particularly in decision-making, situational awareness, and managing interactions with security personnel, domestic staff, and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive the assigned executive to and from official and personal engagements.
Maintain punctuality and readiness at all times.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-fueled, properly serviced, and in excellent working condition.
Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic patterns, security concerns, and time management.
Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters involving the executive.
Assist with occasional personal errands and administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Adhere strictly to company driving policies, road safety regulations, and security protocols.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
3–5 years’ experience as a corporate or executive driver.
Valid driver’s licence with an excellent driving record.
Strong knowledge of road networks, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
High level of discipline, integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends when required.
Professional appearance and good personal grooming.
Prior experience driving for senior executives or high-profile individuals would be an added advantage.
