    Hotel Night Manager

    Job Description

    • A Hotel Night Manager oversees hotel operations during nighttime hours, ensuring smooth functioning and guest satisfaction. 

    Responsibilities

    • Guest Services: Handling check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and complaints.
    • Security & Safety: Ensuring the safety of guests and staff, monitoring security procedures, and handling emergencies.
    • Operations Management: Supervising night staff, coordinating housekeeping, and addressing maintenance issues.
    • Financial Duties: Managing night audits, processing financial transactions, and reconciling accounts.
    • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Previous experience in hotel management, front office, or night audit roles (typically 2-5 years).
    • Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and financial reconciliation.

    Hotel Cashier

    Job Summary

    • A Hotel Cashier is responsible for handling financial transactions at the hotel’s front desk, restaurant, or other service areas. 
    • They ensure accurate billing, process payments, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining financial records.

    Key Responsibilities
    Guest Transactions & Payments:

    • Process check-in and check-out payments, room charges, and other guest expenses.
    • Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital transactions securely and accurately.

    Billing & Financial Reconciliation:

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and basic computer skills.
