Job Description

• Strivo Labs is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Head of Strategy & Operations to lead organisation-wide strategy execution, operational excellence, and performance optimization.
• This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership. The ideal candidate can translate vision into action, build scalable systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the organisation operates with clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy Development & Execution
• Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the company’s short-, mid-, and long-term strategic plans.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and improvement areas across business units.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities, OKRs/KPIs, and execution roadmaps.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with strategy.
• Design, standardize, and optimize internal processes, workflows, and operating models.
• Champion digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects and operational programs.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems to track organisational performance.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, strategy check-ins, and performance evaluations.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Establish accountability structures and performance governance frameworks.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Finance, HR, Technology, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align execution.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives and remove blockers to delivery.
• Support senior leadership with high-impact strategic projects and special initiatives.
• Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on strategy and operational effectiveness.

People, Culture & Change Enablement

• Lead and mentor the Strategy & Operations team.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Support organisational change initiatives and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
• Drive clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years’ experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Transformation.
• Strong background in business strategy, operational management, or performance optimisation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Google Workspace, and strategic planning tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on execution mindset.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting or a high-growth organisation.
• Background in digital transformation, automation, or operations strategy.
• Experience with OKRs, Balanced Scorecards, or similar performance frameworks.
• Familiarity with workflow and planning tools (Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday, etc.).
