    Head of Sales – Digital

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and lead the execution of a robust sales strategy across all business lines – including agency banking, SME loans, digital payments, and e-collections.
    • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team across regions.
    • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase market penetration.
    • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and sales conversion.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Represent the bank in high-level negotiations, strategic meetings, and industry events.

    What You Bring:

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or business development within the banking, fintech, or financial services sector, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven track record of leading nationwide sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s financial ecosystem, especially around digital banking and MSME-focused services.
    • Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and performance analytics.

    Branding Officer

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the bank’s vision, values, and goals.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, social media, and customer communications.
    • Design and oversee the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, digital assets, signage, and branded merchandise.
    • Support internal branding initiatives
    • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and operations teams to ensure strong brand presence across all platforms.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and competitive.

    What You Bring:

    • 3–5 years of branding, marketing, or design experience (experience in the financial or fintech sector is an advantage).
    • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
    • A keen eye for visual details, layout, and brand tone.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
