Core Responsibilities for a Credit Officer

• Source and onboard prospective borrowers including individuals, public servants, Paramilitary, and MDAs
• Conduct field visits and community engagement to expand the client base
• Perform detailed financial assessments and background checks on loan applicants
• Evaluate repayment capacity, income streams, and credit history
• Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal reports with recommendations
• Support loan documentation, verification, and disbursement processes

Core Responsibilities for Deposit Mobilize

• Monitor deposit performance and prepare reports on targets, leads, conversions, and renewals.
• Actively recruit clients, register and maintain accounts, and promote the bank's deposit products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Design and implement strategies to attract fixed deposits, savings, and other liability products.
