Auto Repair Quality Control Manager

- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
- Inspect vehicles before, during, and after repairs.
- Ensure all repairs meet required quality and safety standards.
- Monitor the quality of panel beating, painting, mechanical, and bodywork repairs.
- Identify defects, rework, and recurring quality problems.
- Establish and maintain quality-control procedures for the workshop.
- Conduct final quality inspections before vehicles are released to customers.
- Ensure correct use of tools, equipment, and repair procedures.
- Review customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports and repair records.
- Work closely with panel beaters, spray painters, mechanics, service advisors, and management.
- Train staff on quality standards and proper repair procedures.
- Monitor turnaround time while ensuring quality is not compromised.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of workshop processes and completed repairs.
- Recommend improvements to reduce rework, defects, and customer complaints.
