    Head of HR

    Job Summary:

    • Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a seasoned Head of HR to provide strategic leadership and drive human resources initiatives that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    HR Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team.

    Talent Acquisition & Retention

    • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
    • Design and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.
    • Develop succession planning frameworks.

    Performance Management

    • Establish performance management systems and processes.
    • Ensure timely reviews and performance improvement plans.
    • Drive a culture of accountability and high performance.

    Learning & Development

    • Identify training needs and implement effective L&D programs.
    • Build leadership development pipelines.

    Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Handle grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
    • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

    Compliance & Policy Management

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Oversee salary structures, benefits, and rewards systems.
    • Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
    • HR Analytics
    • Use data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
    • Report key HR metrics to management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial industry.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Admin/HR Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Direct guests to the appropriate personnel and office locations, maintaining visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
    • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
    • Manage staff schedules, leaves, and attendance records.
    • Address employee relations and handle grievances professionally.
    • Conduct periodic staff performance reviews and maintain HR records.
    • Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases.
    • Track and manage inventory for store and production supplies.
    • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and supplies.
    • Handle internal and external communications professionally.
    • Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry regulations.
    • Monitor and update compliance-related documentation regularly.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to workplace safety and operational standards.
    • Track and process client birthdays and send personalized messages.
    • Assist with loyalty program development and client recognition initiatives.
    • Prepare and monitor invoices, receipts, and payments.
    • Support inventory management and maintain stock accuracy

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Experience in compliance or fashion industry HR is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
