    Head of Early Years

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Head of Early Years to lead and manage the academic operations of our Nursery. The successful candidate will have substantial experience working with the British curriculum, particularly the EYFS framework. They will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of the curriculum, ensuring that our Nursery maintains high standards of teaching and child development. The ideal candidate will have international qualifications or exposure to complement their expertise in early childhood education.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire the Early Years team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning based on the EYFS curriculum. Foster a professional, collaborative, and inclusive working environment that supports both staff and children’s growth.
    • Curriculum & Instruction: Oversee the effective implementation of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring it is age-appropriate, engaging, and meets the developmental needs of all children. Regularly assess and adapt the curriculum to reflect best practices.
    • Child Development & Learning Outcomes: Monitor children’s progress and ensure they meet developmental milestones. Provide guidance to staff on implementing effective strategies for differentiated learning and timely interventions.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
    • Experience in the British curriculum is a must, with strong expertise in EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
    • International qualifications or significant international exposure in early childhood education will be an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a British curriculum school.
    • Proven track record of implementing the EYFS curriculum effectively and achieving positive learning outcomes.
    • Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, parents, and the wider school community.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Senior Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with expertise in asset management and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to assets, inventory, and operational expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and the organization’s policies. The Senior Accountant will work collaboratively with other departments to maintain accurate records, optimize inventory control, and provide timely financial reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Asset Management: Oversee the tracking, management, and valuation of all physical assets, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the financial systems. Perform regular asset audits to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

    • ICANACCA, or ACA certification (required).

    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
    • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
    • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and practices.

    IT Technician

    JOB SUMMARY

    • To ensure the optimal performance, security, and maintenance of the school's server room infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted access to IT systems and services.
    • The IT Server Room Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the school's server hardware, network infrastructure, and backup systems. This role ensures the availability, efficiency, and security of critical IT services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain and monitor server hardware, storage systems, and network devices
    • Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services by performing routine checks and maintenance
    • Implement and enforce server room security policies and procedures
    • Monitor and maintain all installed CCTV
    • Trouble shoot CCTV and the server where and when necessary.
    • Manage user access and permissions for critical IT systems

    • Experience with security technologies
