    Head Corporate Finance

    Job Summary

    • As the Head, Corporate Finance, you will lead the Corporate Finance & Advisory function, driving transaction execution, client acquisition, and revenue growth while managing high-value financial deals and strategic partnerships.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, investors, regulators, and key stakeholders
    • Identify and execute opportunities in M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and project finance
    • Lead proposal development, client pitches, and transaction negotiations
    • Drive revenue generation and profitability of the corporate finance unit

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

    • Minimum of 7 years experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or investment banking

    • We are looking for result-driven Direct Sales Agents to expand our merchant network and drive customer acquisition. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, driving sales of Paytro’s e-commerce solutions, and meeting set targets. You will work remotely but the preferred resident must be in Lagos.

    Key Responsibilities
