We are looking for result-driven Direct Sales Agents to expand our merchant network and drive customer acquisition.As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants, driving sales of Paytro’s e-commerce solutions, and meeting set targets. You will work remotely but the preferred resident must be in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants (retailers, SMEs, etc.) onto the Paytro platform.
Promote Paytro’s e-commerce and payment services to potential customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and activation targets.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants to ensure retention.
Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Participate in weekly virtual team meetings if the need arises
Keep accurate records of sales activities using provided tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets).
Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE,OND,HND or BSc in any field is an added advantage.
1–2 years of proven sales or direct marketing experience (e-commerce, fintech)
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Basic digital literacy (use of WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, etc.).
Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
