As the Head, Corporate Finance, you will lead the Corporate Finance & Advisory function, driving transaction execution, client acquisition, and revenue growth while managing high-value financial deals and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, investors, regulators, and key stakeholders
Identify and execute opportunities in M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and project finance
Lead proposal development, client pitches, and transaction negotiations
Drive revenue generation and profitability of the corporate finance unit
Provide strategic financial advisory and oversee deal execution end-to-end
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS is mandatory
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Minimum of 7 years experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or investment banking
Strong expertise in financial modelling, deal structuring, and stakeholder management.
