    Gym Installer

    Requirements 

    • HND/ Bachelor’s degree in electronics, computer sciences, or other role relevant field of study.
    • Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ relevant installation experience, or other relevant roles. An understanding of mechanical and electrical machinery and their installation.
    •  Knowledge of the parts and tools used for installation.
    • Ability to read three-dimensional blueprints.
    •  Excellent Customer relationship skill.


    Job Description 

    • Handle all assigned installation and setup of equipment for clients following products blueprint and instructions. Scope installation areas to determine most appropriate use of space for installation. 
    • Suggest modifications, when necessary, to enhance the usability of devices.
    • Perform periodic inspection of previously installed equipment either based on after-service agreements or as required by customers and assigned by Manager. 
    • Diagnose issues related to equipment when required by clients.
    • Advise clients on appropriate maintenance procedures, as instructed, and approved by Manager.
    • Attend all trainings and capacity development initiatives assigned by the organization.
    • Communicate with sales team to establish all delivery and assembly requirements, including which equipment is involved and what timing requirements must be met.
    • Assist Team Lead as required in communicating with the customer to analyse the logistics of the delivery/installation and to schedule a time that is satisfactory to the customer.
    • Assist Team Lead as required in determining what tools, and vehicles will be required to 
    • perform the delivery/installation and in scheduling them appropriately, including reserving and coordinating the pickup trucks when necessary.

    Senior Internal Control Officer

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance/Banking & Finance.
    • ACA or other related certification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience in Internal Control and Risk Management.
    • Sound Knowledge in Auditing and Accounting skills.
    • Ability to develop and update existing company policies.
    • Proficiency in the use of accounting software (SAP).


    Job Description

    • Periodic review of financial records for adequacy, completeness, and correctness.
    • Analyse audit results to determine methods to increase inflows and profits and cut costs and prioritize spending, remove waste, and increase efficiency.
    • Periodic reviews of payments to suppliers and vendors.
    • Periodic reviews of financial reconciliation and transaction postings.
    • Test Internal Controls on inventory and supply chain targeting high-risk areas, document any weaknesses and their impact and make recommendations.
    • Review and confirm that all receipts are ordered, reserved on SAP, and delivered to clients within specified period.
    • Review Internal documents and processes and ensure the organisation complies with internal regulations and establish controls in place where required.
    • Periodic risk assessments of the Group’s businesses, operations, and processes.
    • Where necessary, carryout investigations of alleged fraud, mismanagement, loss of assets or any other investigation
    • Prepare weekly and monthly written report to present findings and conclusion to Head, Internal Control & Reconciliation.

    Warehouse Officer

    Requirements

    • HND/ Bachelor’s degree from a reputable tertiary institution.
    • Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ relevant work experience ideally as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer or other relevant roles.
    • Ideal candidate should be teachable and willing to learn.
    • Ability to perform excellently on the job.
    • Proximity to the ‘Island’- Lekki, Ajah, or environs is compulsory. 

    Job Description

    • To ensure accuracy and reporting of all inventories in the warehouse.
    • Carry out careful and proper stacking/sorting/labelling of goods/products in storage.
    • Prompt release, receipt, loading, and off-loading of stock and non-stock items.
    • To ensure that the company’s ERP and documentation records match physical records at all times.
    • Transfer of products from the warehouse/store to the showrooms and vice versa.
    • To conduct weekly/periodic Audit of stock and deliveries on the ERP and report irregularities via official means.
    • To perform inventory and delivery activities and procedures as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
    • To conduct daily hygiene and safety management of stock, the warehouse tools and equipment.

    IT Officer

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in ICT or any related discipline. 
    • Good knowledge of technology and service management.
    • Must possess IT support-specific skills (network, technical support).
    • Must be skilled in Microsoft windows and Office 365 administrator skills.
    • Must be familiar with modern operating systems and server platforms.
    • Must be skilled in networking, helpdesk support, web technology and cloud computing.

    Job Description

     

    • Supports user accounts, network or system rights, and access to systems and equipment by following policies, procedures, and tools.
    • Administer application and hosted services roles, accounts, credentials, configuration, and backups.
    • Evaluation, testing, and implementation of new applications and cloud-hosted services.
    • Participate in the auditing of application access, and inventory of software, hardware, and licenses.
    • Supports the routine maintenance, modification, and documentation of applications.
    • Supports the installation, upgrade, or decommissioning of designated systems, products, and infrastructure under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Support and use integration tools allowing for the seamless transmission of data from disparate systems.
    • Provide Tier 2 technical support for the Desktop support team and escalation to third-party provider support.
