Prepare good meals to preserve the quality and health of guest
Accommodate guests with duly signed guesthouse booking.
Ensure rooms and bathrooms for in-house guests are cleaned during their stay and ensure the meeting room, ante room, furniture, windows, kitchen equipment, laundry room are clen and dust free at all times
Ensure the guest register is signed in and out by all accommodated guests and submit duly filled customer satisfactory form and monthly control forms to HOD every 30th of the month
Submit cleaning materials request on or before 15th of every month and book vehicle for restocking/shopping once every month
Report all faults and maintenance issues arising in the guesthouse to the HOD as soon as it is noticed
Requirements
HND in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Hotel and Catering or a trained Chef
Minimum of 3 years' working experience in a standard Hotel, Restaurant or Guesthouse
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours in a dynamic kitchen environment.
The candidate must possess excellent cooking skills and excellent sense of smell and taste. . In addition, must be neat, dedicated and have good human relations.
Carry out repairs and maintenance on factory machines.
Troubleshoot problems on machines and equipment.
Requirements
NABTEB, WAEC Technical + Trade test 1-3 (Fitter Mechanic)
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant industrial experience
The candidate must be smart, diligent, hardworking, responsible and reliable with high integrity.
