    Growth Manager, Enterprise (B2C)

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a Growth Manager (B2C) lead customer acquisition and revenue growth across our consumer learning programs.
    • You will be responsible for driving enrolments, managing the sales funnel, and improving conversion across all B2C channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead B2C/B2B growth strategy and drive student acquisition targets
    • Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to conversion
    • Supervise and support the B2C/B2B growth team to achieve targets
    • Develop and execute campaigns to improve conversion rates
    • Engage prospective learners and optimize customer journey experience
    • Track performance metrics and manage CRM reporting
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve acquisition strategies.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
    • Professional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an added advantage
    • Experience in EdTech, digital products, or subscription-based services is a plus
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance dashboards.

    Requirements:

    • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, growth, or customer acquisition roles
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
    • Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

    Senior Growth Associate (B2C)

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a Senior Growth Associate (B2C) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective learners and converting leads into enrolled students.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate, manage, and convert inbound and outbound leads
    • Engage prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process
    • Promote learning programs and achieve sales targets
    • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
    • Track pipeline and performance using CRM tools.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in any related field with 2years’ experience in sales, customer acquisition, or growth roles
    • Relevant sales or customer engagement certifications are an added advantage
    • Experience in EdTech, training, or digital products is a plus
    • Familiarity with CRM tools
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
