    Graduate Front Desk Officers / Receptionists (Female)

    Job Description

    • The Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Female) will competently receive and welcome all clients while offering them a pleasantly memorable experience as they visit us.
    • She will interact with visiting clients and assist with their requests.
    • She will coordinate the usual activities of a reception which includes receiving visitors, attending to calls, assisting with site inspection arrangements, interacting with staff and consultant partners.
    • Preference will be given to applicants residing around Lekki / Ajah / Ibeju-Lekki. It is advisable applicants reside in this axis of Lagos.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, welcome and entertain visiting clients while ensuring clients get a pleasant experience
    • Handle all client enquiries and requests
    • Interface with Staff and business partners and assist with related requests
    • Receive and attend to incoming calls
    • Respond to incoming emails
    • Receive incoming mails/letters, proposals, memos etc and direct to appropriate departments
    • Post advertising campaigns on several websites. Create adverts on applicable social media platforms, Sends out bulk emails and bulk Sms.
    • Prepare weekly reports to the General manager
    • Prepare letters, memos etc to be approved by the General manager/CEO

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • A minimum of 2 years experience is required.

    • A very friendly, amiable and genial disposition generally towards internal and external clients. An attractive smiling countenance will be greatly influential.
    • Very attractive with a great dress sense. Light-complexioned and physically appealing
    • Strong computer skills; competence in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)& online marketing will be required.
    • Impressive command of the English language, sound diction as required in speech communication and proficiency in writing
    • Good social and interactive skills; positive mindset and top-notch interpersonal communication abilities.
    • Ability to liaise with inter-departmental personnel towards seamless business operations.
    • Hardworking with ability to multi-task in a high volume fast-paced environment.
    • Effective inter-personal qualities and remarkable appeal of contagious enthusiasm as required in speaking with customers, marketing and business presentations.
    • Remarkable aptitude in critical analysis and keen perception to details.
    • Ability to demonstrate conflict resolution skills.
    • Great innovative faculty required to effect change for improved solutions
    • Ability to remain calm and courteous while taking constructive criticism.

    Remuneration

    • Salary: N80,000 Monthly plus commission
    • Attractive Salary plus great bonuses, commission and exciting occasional travels.
    • The front desk officer is also able to earn 10% commisssion on all sales made in addition to her salary.

    Experienced Driver

    Job Description
    Recruited drivers will perform the following operations:

    • Convey the CEO, General Manager and other members of senior personnel to business meetings and marketing operations
    • Convey staff, partners and clients to our estate lands for site viewing and other site operations.
    • Assist with basic logistics and minor operations in the office.

    Responsibilities

    • Participatein marketing Operation with a view to earning mouth-watering commissions.
    • Act as a tour guide pointing out landmarks and ongoing projects to clients on the way to the estate sites
    • Occasionally assist with minor office operations.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification, HND or B.Sc / First Degree is a plus
    • Possess a driver's license.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience will be required
    • A very humble, amiable and genial disposition generally towards personnel, associates and clients.
    • Smart and presentable appearance
    • Good command of basic English. Fluent in English conversations
    • Good social and interactive skills; positive mindset and top-notch interpersonal communication abilities.
    • Ability to liaise with inter-departmental personnel towards seamless logistics operations.
    • Hardworking with ability to cope with copious logistics tasks
    • Effective inter-personal qualities and remarkable appeal of contagious enthusiasm as required in speaking with customers, acting as an interesting tour guide during site visitations
    • Ability to remain calm and courteous while taking constructive criticism.
    • Canditates should reside around Ajah or Ibeju-Lekki. Applicantsfrom mainland should not bother to apply unless they have or can get immediate accommodation around Ajah
    • Applicants should reside around Ajah/Ikota/Abijo/Awoyaya/Lakowe/Bogije due to rising costs of transportation.
