Business Development & Growth Associate at Nactive Health

We are looking for Business Development & Growth Associate (30-Day Execution Contract) who can generate real traction. Your job is to talk to healthcare providers, book demos, and move qualified prospects toward pilot within 30 days. This is a salary + commission job. Exceeding expectation will result in full-time role.

• Direct outreach to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare practices
• Booking and coordinating discovery calls and product demos
• Prioritizing conversations with decision-makers (owners, medical directors, admins)
• Collecting and documenting market feedback (objections, needs, pricing reactions)
• Providing weekly written progress reports

Healthcare experience is a plus, but execution ability matters more. Comfortable with direct outreach and follow-ups. Can speak confidently with professionals and decision-makers. Communicate clearly and consistently. Comfortable being judged on results, not effort.
