    General Manager, Business Services-Lagos

    Job Summary

    • As part of its strategic growth and operational excellence agenda, the organisation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its business services function.
    • The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction across business development, human capital, and operational support functions.
    • This role is pivotal in driving organisational growth, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships.
    • Oversee the implementation of service level standards and ensure operational efficiency across departments.
    • Drive talent development, performance management, and organisational capability building.
    • Ensure the availability of robust IT systems to support business operations.

    Requirements
