    General Manager

    Job Summary

    • The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all business units (construction equipment leasing, marine dredging, and engineering services).
    • The role is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring operational efficiency, and expanding market presence within Nigeria’s infrastructure and oil & gas sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Oversee daily operations across construction, marine, and engineering divisions.
    • Drive business expansion initiatives, including entry into new markets (e.g., Lagos).
    • Manage key client relationships, especially in oil & gas and infrastructure sectors.
    • Ensure optimal utilization and maintenance of company equipment and assets.
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Supervise and mentor senior management and departmental heads.
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and contracts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
    • 10 -15 years of experience in construction, marine, or oil & gas services.
    • Proven leadership and business management experience.
    • Strong understanding of equipment leasing, dredging, and Engineering services.
    • Excellent financial and strategic planning skills.
    • Strong network within the Nigerian oil & gas or infrastructure sector.

    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing contracts, and growing the company’s client base across construction, marine, and oil & gas sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders
    • Prepare proposals, tenders, and bids for projects
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Support contract negotiation and closing deals

    Job Summary

    • The Lead Engineer – Well Bore Cleaning will oversee wellbore cleaning operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards in oil & gas environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and supervise wellbore cleaning operations.
