    Front Desk Officer – (Physiotherapy Center, Lekki)

    We are seeking a smart, courteous, and highly organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience.   

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally
    • Schedule and manage appointments
    • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries
    • Register patients and maintain accurate records
    • Process payments and issue receipts
    • Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure a seamless patient experience

    Requirements:

    • ND/OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
    • Knowledge of healthcare operations and patient service is essential. Previous experience in a hospital, physiotherapy clinic, or similar healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Must reside in Lekki or nearby areas (Ajah, Chevron, Ikate, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, etc.) to ensure a convenient commute.
