    Front Desk Officer (Laundry & Dry Cleaning)

    Job Summary

    • The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling order intake, service coordination, billing, and customer inquiries while ensuring a seamless service experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and log customer orders accurately (tagging, item description, special instructions).
    • Issue receipts and manage billing/payment processing.
    • Attend to walk-in customers, calls, and online inquiries.
    • Track order status and communicate timelines to customers.
    • Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary.
    • Coordinate with the operations team on garment processing and delivery schedules.

    Job Summary

    • The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
    • The role includes staff supervision, process optimization, and business performance management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily plant and outlet operations (washing, dry cleaning, ironing, packaging, and delivery).
    • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for garment care and handling.
    • Supervise and coordinate staff (machine operators, pressers, sorters, front desk).

    Job Summary

    • The Marketer/Business Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing brand visibility for the laundry and dry-cleaning business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new clients (corporate, hospitality, residential estates, schools, hospitals).
