    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary

    • Astracrest Investment Limited is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
    • The ideal candidate will manage reception duties, handle client inquiries, and support administrative functions within the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries regarding property listings and company services.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings for management and sales teams.
    • Maintain visitor records and office logs.

    • Provide agronomic guidance for the cultivation and management of oil palm, coconut, and plantain plantations.

    • Maintain accurate records of all legal and property documents.

    Educational Qualification

    Experience:

    • Must have 3–5 years experience in corporate or real estate law.
    • Hands-on experience in property transactions, land acquisition, leases, and regulatory compliance preferred.
