    Customer Relationship Officer

    Job Description

    • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Sell the company through social media, cold calls and so on.
    • Monitor competition.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
    • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
    • Perform customer verifications.
    • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
    • Follow up on customer interactions.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidate must possess HND/BSC degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or in other related fields 
    • The applicant should have good experience working in the same field
    • Interested candidates must reside within Maryland and its environs.

    Job Description

    • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
    • Maintain and update company databases
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
    • Answer queries by employees and clients
    • Update office policies as needed
    • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
    • Book meeting rooms as required
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

    Qualifications
