    Internal Control & Audit Lead

    Job Objectives

    • To carry out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, processes and standards by which the PNL’s Bfinancial, physical and information resources are managed and utilized
    • To ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures, controls, regulations and maintenance of quality service delivery within PNL

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design, implement and continuously review internal control and audit procedures to cover all functional areas/unit relationship and/or transactions/staff audit etc within PNL
    • Continually communicate key controls, policies, approval limits within PNL;
    • Document evidence arising from audit and provide internal audit recommendations to the BOD, CEO; CFO and COO and for review and approval;
    • Conduct thorough and objective examination of financial and non-financial transactions and records;
    • Prepare and present periodic audit reports identifying weaknesses and suggesting new procedures, controls and policies to the BOD and top management
    • Work with the CFO during audit exercises to meet the requirements of external auditors and to resolve any issues identified
    • Develop risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks for PNL;
    • Ensure implementation of risk management policies across PNL;
    • Monitor quality of internal and external procurement processes for PNL;
    • Conduct periodic market surveys to ascertain the competitiveness of vendors’ prices and make recommendations where necessary
    • Ensure process compliance, financial revenue assurance and supply chain compliance
    • Conduct orientation of relevant parties on new processes, policies and controls across PNL.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Job Objective

    • To ensure that performance of Pandagric Novum Ltd.’s (PNL’s) employees are in line with strategic company objectives and are assessed periodically as spelt out in the performance management policy and procedure
    • To oversee the implementation of PNL’s reward package in line with the guidelines of the compensation and benefits policy and procedure.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Notify line managers and their direct reports of yearly objective setting that must be in line with corporate objectives.
    • Notify line managers of biannual performance appraisal exercises and collate all appraisal reports accordingly.
    • Present all appraisal reports to the Head, Human Resources for a comprehensive review

    Driver Trainer

    HR Business Partner

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Keep track of manpower needs within the assigned business unit and assist in preparing recruitment requisitions, job descriptions, and other recruitment documentation.
    • Act as the key HR contact person for staff seconded to various company business units and bring issues to the attention of the Head of HR.

    Demand and Supply Planning Manager

    Job Objective

    • The Demand & Supply Planning Manager is the responsible for creating and maintaining the consensus 18 months rolling demand plan for Finished Goods and VISITS Materials at multiple levels of aggregation, using statistical models within APO, and utilizing insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the forecast consensus meeting and operates the statistical forecasting system Sales and Marketing team in the demand planning phase of each months S&OP cycle to ensure a consensus forecast
    • Work closely with the supply and distribution teams to ensure products availability in the right quantity at depots/location/customers in line with the consensus demand or activity plans.
    • Identify and advise promptly abnormal demands situations, forecast accuracies and how to address identified issues
    • New Product Launch monitoring and reporting
    • Generate a supply plan based on demand forecast required to meet customer needs and marketing requirements
    • Generate weekly production plans for the factory in line with the supply plans, ensure an agreed production plan with the factories on a weekly basis.
    • Monitor production to plan performance and coordinate action for improvement with supply chain colleagues and factory management.
    • Monitor finished goods inventory level, taking action on any foreseen shortages and excesses and ensuring stock levels remain within agreed targets.
    • Monitor forecast and sales performance weekly and adjust plan accordingly.
    • Monitor phase in / phase out planning process to minimize slobs and ensure raw materials product availability.
    • Optimising the balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with target customer service levels, levels of forecast accuracy and safety stock levels, for the allocated SKU's.

    • Provide input in developing departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product introduction and phase outs

    Qualifications and Experience

    • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Demand and Supply planning with 3 years at managerial level.
    • Relevant professional qualifications are added advantage
    • Experience in a planning environment
    • Demonstrable experience in the faculty of Demand Planning
    • Demonstrable experience or advanced academic knowledge of supply planning concepts
    • Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) accreditation or other relevant certification is advantageous.

    Working Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Attributes:

    • Proven experience as production planner
    • Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
    • Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
    • Good at math and statistics
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Head Supply chain or COO.
