    ICT Research and Development Engineer

    Key Criteria:

    Academic Qualifications:

    • Second Class Lower and above graduate in the following fields:
      • ICT Engineering can be included.
      • Computer Engineering .
      • Electrical/Electronics Engineering
      • Telecommunication Engineering
    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
    • National Youth Service Corps (NYSC): Completion of NYSC with a discharge certificate.

    Research Publications

    • Must have a minimum of three verifiable papers published in local and international journals (including at least one university-based journal). (optional)
    • At least one journal publication in either local or international conferences. (optional)

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct cutting-edge research in ICT with a focus on innovation and development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement state-of-the-art solutions.
    • Contribute to the development of intellectual property through patent applications and research publications.
    • Lead and participate in the conceptualization and execution of research projects.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in ICT.

    Qualities and Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Ability to lead and drive research initiatives independently.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

    HR Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and activities.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. Participate in recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
    • Handle employee queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.

    Qualifications:

    • MSC, BSC, HND
    • Minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
    • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in an HR department.
    • Smart, articulate, and possesses excellent communication skills.
    • Proficient in English (knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage).
    • Computer literate with a good understanding of HR software and tools.
    • Holds an HR certification.
