    Customer and Technical Support

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Customer Superstar who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers.
    • You must be a reliable, analytical and hard-working individual, interacting with both our Internal teams as well as clients. You are a good communicator, an excellent listener, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and a great multi-tasker who is able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, or phone.
    • Assist users in navigating the app and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
    • Resolve user complaints and ensure that their needs are met promptly.
    • Manage and maintain a database of customer information and inquiries.
    • Stay up-to-date with our app's features and updates and inform users accordingly.
    • Monitor and respond to user feedback on social media and other relevant platforms.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide the best customer service and user experience possible.
    • Provide input and feedback to management to continuously improve the app's functionality and user experience.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support for a software company
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to monitor and respond to user feedback.
    • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.

    Field Agent

    Job Description

    • We are looking for Field Agents who will be responsible for promoting the Jinja App, sourcing customers and rendering operational/quality assurance services to these customers
    • You must be a reliable, driven, and self-directing individual with the ability to persuade and convince potential customers to join our passion.
    • You are a good communicator, an excellent listener, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and a great multi-tasker who is able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Build, manage and maintain a strong pipeline of leads composed of potential customers for Jinja.
    • Have a thorough understanding of the Isidore brand and Jinja App and act as ambassadors to all customers.
    • Own and deliver on expected target numbers of customers.
    • Engage with other teams in the business for 2-way comms: inform them of demand, and learn about product evolution.
    • Handle customer complaints alongside Customer Support Agents.
    • Be responsible for your own portfolio of customers with regards to cross-selling, upselling, and value delivery.
    • Be the point person responsible for aggregating and fulfillment of orders on the marketplace app.
    • Be responsible for making sure the correct items and quantities included in an order are off-loaded from the delivery truck at each location
    • Send weekly aggregation reports of all orders that have been delivered, and off-loaded from the truck, including company name, location, items delivered, price, quantity, and any other relevant information related to the order
    • Source potential businesses with the aim of registering as a supplier, and onboarding them as off-takers.
    • Be the point of contact for Isidore business in Lagos

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • At least 1 year relevant work experience.

    Remuneration

    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manages and coaches the sales team for the specified business line and region, defines and supervises actions, goals and achievements of the team
    • Provides continuous feedback on the region that supports product and go-to-market strategies
    • Leverages continuously increasing customer and market understanding to develop the appointed business line and corresponding sales execution for the area
    • Implements sales execution actions in support of campaigns including Territory product launch strategies for their area
    • Directly interfaces with customers and partners, and coordinates important accounts in the area
    • Works closely with Business Development and Operations teams to coordinate the demo and demand generation plan

    • Manage & Define Team Priorities and Sales Objectives and ensure efficient follow up of the Strategic Sales Road map.
    • Deliver agreed Sales Budget and ensure full accountability & follow up of Forecasts.
    • Build solid & professional relationships based on recognised expertise & trust with Business partners & other stakeholders.
    • Ensure effective coordination of Local Team through regular “periodic” Catch up.
    • Ensure effective implementation and use of business sales platform.
    • Identify areas for growth & provide innovative alternatives with business focus to contribute in the evolution of the Go-to-Market strategy & ensure its implementation.
    • Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Ag business in Nigeria
    • Agronomic background
    • Marketing, Development, Sales
    • Agriculture markets, channel, GTM approaches
    • New Product Introduction
