    Senior Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets in order to ensure adequate documentation.
    • Maintain and update company accounting databases for consistency sake, report purpose and auditing purpose
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents for reports, reconciliation and record purpose.
    • Keep accurate records of all daily transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts on regular basis and conduct regular ledger maintenance
    • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Maintain company accounting database and update internal systems with financial data
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and provide insights to ease business decision making process
    • Reconcile bank statements and also track bank deposits and payments
    • Actively participate in financial auditing for the fiscal year
    • Manage budget preparations
    • Review and implement financial policies
    • Take up tasks relating to payroll administration.
    • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status in a clear and concise manner.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must have at least 4 years experience as an accountant, preferably in the mobile industry
    • Candidate must show proven records of accountability and moral uprightness

    Service Manager

    The Service Centre manager will manage service department team members, including customer service interactions, reports, repairs, lead the operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the Service Center, and ensure consistent services delivery as at when needed.

    Duties

    • Effectively manages team members, including Phone technicians to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
    • Elaboration and implementation of strategies for the development of the Service Center
    • Ensuring efficient logistical services, including office procurement.
    • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally

    Mobile Phone Test Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all software is working as intended through rigorous, detailed testing.
    • Provide feedback on new functionality, features and process changes for continuous test improvement
    • Submit and track any product issues found during testing to ensure that they are resolved
    • Design and deliver risk based test plans for new features and functionality, choosing the right method of testing our mobiles
    • Ensure Mobile performance are always treated as first class priorities.
    • Pair with phone engineers to identify and prevent gaps on mobile repairs.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
    • At least 2 years of professional phone experience as a phone test engineer.
    • Proficient understanding of software test methodologies/procedures
    • Familiar with mobile world ecosystem and automating mobile test
    • Meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results in a fast-paced work environment
    • Experience in mobile app testing in Android/iOS
