HR Manager at First Katalyst Marketing

Job Summary
The HR Manager is expected to develop policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, and benefits, promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, support company’s strategic goals, perform a variety of tasks in fulfilling their main responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
• Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Structure competitive benefit packages, and measure their success.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Process payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements

• Additional HR educational and certification will be a plus.
• At least 4 years Proven experience as HR manager with one year in payroll computation
• People oriented and results driven
• Advance Excel proficiency
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Preferably Male for gender balance
