Senior Accountant at First Katalyst Marketing

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets in order to ensure adequate documentation.
• Maintain and update company accounting databases for consistency sake, report purpose and auditing purpose
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents for reports, reconciliation and record purpose.
• Keep accurate records of all daily transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts on regular basis and conduct regular ledger maintenance
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain company accounting database and update internal systems with financial data
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and provide insights to ease business decision making process
• Reconcile bank statements and also track bank deposits and payments
• Actively participate in financial auditing for the fiscal year
• Manage budget preparations
• Review and implement financial policies
• Take up tasks relating to payroll administration.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status in a clear and concise manner.
• Supervise cashflow management, and manage financial operations including creating and implementing effective cash management system.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 4 years experience as an accountant, preferably in the mobile industry
• Candidate must show proven records of accountability and moral uprightness
• Candidate must be smart and have good people and time management skills
• Proficiency in the use of some Accounting Packages like Quickbooks, Sage 50, Microsoft Excel, PeachTree Accounting etc.
