Job Description

• We are seeking experienced Slitting Machine Operators to join our production team.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating slitting machines according to job specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review job orders and prepare materials accordingly.
• Take printed rolls from the printing machine as scheduled.
• Load rolls and set sizes, edge sensors, and lock positions.
• Adjust winder tension brakes and check bale positions.
• Ensure product length and roll diameter meet requirements.
• Operate the machine as per job specifications.
• Inspect slitting size and maintain proper tension during operation.
• Run production only after receiving first-off approval from QA.
• Identify and sort defective rolls (e.g., uneven winding, off-cuts, bad odor).
• Weigh, wrap, and arrange finished products on pallets.
• Transfer finished pallets to palletizing area.
• Clean machine and work area after job completion.

Requirements

• Must have a Degree in Plastic Technology or any related field.
• 2-3 years’ Proven experience operating slitting machines in a flexible packaging or blown film environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow work orders and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

• We are seeking a proactive Production – Incharge. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating shift-based manufacturing operations.
• The role ensures production processes are safe, efficient, and aligned with quality standards. It requires meeting output targets and effectively managing tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations and team performance
• Set and monitor production targets, ensuring output meets quality expectations
• Plan, adjust, and manage production schedules for efficiency and timeliness
• Lead and train production staff, fostering motivation and accountability
• Enforce safety and health regulations across the production floor
• Supervise product inspections and uphold quality control standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely material supply
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Plastics Technology with 5 years of Industrial Experience in a similar position in any reputed Blown Film, manufacturing or packaging
• Proficiency in production planning and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.

• The role demands precision, technical know-how, and a strong focus on print quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Review work orders and prepare required materials.
• Clean web patch rollers and polish printing cylinders.
• Set up doctor blades and install printing rollers.
• Load raw materials and inspect machine accessories.
• Adjust dryer temperature and machine settings as needed.
• Monitor ink viscosity and ensure consistent color, registration, and text alignment.
• Conduct quality checks during production and obtain QC approval before full run.
• Inspect print quality (adhesion, color, odor, text) throughout production.
• Clean and safely store printing cylinders after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas after job completion.

Requirements

• 2-3 years Proven experience operating printing machines in a flexible packaging or blown film production environment.
• Must have a degree in Plastic Technology or any related field .
• Familiarity with ink viscosity standards and print quality checks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
