    Job Competency Requirements:

    Design Architect (Interior Designs)

    Job Description

    • Detailed and practical understanding of project processes experience with design platforms, frameworks and components.
    • Ability to collaborate on projects, assist with interior design planning along with the execution and management team.
    • Ability to contribute to the brainstorm project design ideas, complete design drawings in CAD Software and provide multiple ideas and concepts for interior designing projects.
    • Assist in interior design specifications, dimensions, assisting with initial project research and outlining project design schedules and tasks.
    • Assist in ensuring all required documents and paperwork are submitted to the execution team before the installation process is started.
    • Support clients in room designs consisting of color, placement and accessories along with floor plan.
    • Demonstrate and maintain understanding of existing external and internal fashion trends.

    Requirements

    • HND in Architecture, Interior Design with a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification/ certification experience in architectural practice or related work experience
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs; Excellent portfolio of previous works; Creative talent, imagination and eye for design; Communication and presentation skills. Technical drawing skills.

    Architect / Installation Officer

    Job Description

    • Ability to collect information on the design requirements for a building project and interact with clients to identify structural specifications, location and budget
    • Ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations convincing clients to offer them contracts for a building design
    • Ability to proffer recommendation to clients on suitable choice of design, considering set budget and preference
    • Ability to produce designs for proposed structures using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and manual drafting
    • Ability to work around a set budget to create building plans that meet the requirements of clients and present building plans to client/management for approval
    • Ability to specify important details for a building project such as cost estimates, materials, and assumed duration of construction
    • Ability to modify created designs on request of management or client

    Requirements

    • BSc in Architecture, Design or related field (M.Arch preferred) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in residential architectural design
    • Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office and must have a hands-on experience in working drawings (Workshop Drawing)
    • Advanced communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel within 90-mile radius.
