    Human Resource Executive

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human resource executive to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to our company's success

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
    • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for
    • new hires.
    • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
    •  Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
    • Handle employee relations issues and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages.
    • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career advancement.
    • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
    • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction scores.
    •  Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
    •  Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related challenges and support organizational growth and development.
    • Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR related matters.
    •  Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues and initiatives.
    • Oversee the direct activities of the Front Desk/Admin Officer, ensuring that the facility and other admin tasks are effectively managed, and any other duties as may be assigned by your line manager, General Manager or Director(s).


    • Associate member of a recognized professional body relevant to this job function
    • B.Sc. in relevant field of study


    • At least 2 years’ experience in a related field.
