This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer with Topgate Automations and Controls Limited, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and effectively communicating the benefits of the company’s products and solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technical services to meet client needs.
The candidate will also provide technical expertise to assist in configuring and supporting the implementation of engineering solutions.
Qualifications
Proficient in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques to drive business growth and secure new opportunities
Strong Technical Support skills to address client needs and provide tailor-made solutions
Excellent Communication skills to articulate technical information clearly and maintain effective collaboration with clients and team members
Customer Service and relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
Experience in engineering, automation, or control systems is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines with a focus on quality
Knowledge of the industrial sectors served by the company, such as FMCG, oil, gas, power generation, and water treatment, is an advantage.
