JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or Masters in Finance, Law or a related field and a certification in compliance is an added advantage
• 3-5 years experience in credit risk preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulation, including AML/CTF, KYC and data protection laws
• Proven experience in compliance programs development and implementation
• Ability to carry out continuous and extensive review and assessment of credit application processes to access compliance to internal and external policies and perform credit search

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) and professional certifications such as CA or ACCA are highly preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years Of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the financial services sector
• Proven track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, and audits.
• Proficient in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle Financials) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial modeling tools
