Job Summary

• ISPAT Steel is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our operations team in Apapa, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse or production area while ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items within the warehouse or production facility.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Stack and organize products in designated storage locations.
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts to ensure proper functioning and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures when handling materials and operating equipment.
• Assist in inventory control by accurately moving and storing materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse and loading areas.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team in a steel manufacturing plant in Ikorodu, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and ventilation equipment to ensure optimal performance across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and ventilation systems within the plant facility.
• Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs on AC units, chillers, compressors, and related equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• onitor system performance and ensure proper temperature control in offices, control rooms, and other designated areas.
• Inspect electrical components such as wiring, motors, and thermostats connected to AC systems.
• Replace defective components including filters, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, Trade Test, or Technical Certification in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration.
• 2–4 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
