    Food & Beverage Manager

    Role Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel.
    • The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and excellent knowledge of hotel software and systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, and manage all F&B operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
    • Supervise restaurant, bar, kitchen, and banquet operations.
    • Develop menus, pricing, and promotional strategies in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
    • Monitor inventory, cost control, and revenue performance.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
    • Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
    • Utilize hotel software for reporting, reservations, and operational analysis.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong proficiency in hotel management and POS software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros, or similar systems).
    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

    Internal Auditor

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Internal Auditor to oversee and evaluate the financial and operational systems within our hospitality operations.
    • The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid auditing experience, deep knowledge of hotel procedures, and strong proficiency in hotel management software.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, operational procedures, and control systems.
    • Review and verify daily revenue reports, cash receipts, and accounting records.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
    • Identify process gaps, financial risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
    • Collaborate with department heads to strengthen financial integrity and accountability.

    Requirements
